When working, the motor is connected to the roller device through the reducer through the coupling, and drives the roller device to rotate around its axis. After the material enters the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned and rolled, so that the material is discharged through the screen mesh of the outer circle of the drum, and the unqualified material is discharged through the end of the drum.
Due to the turning and tumbling of the material in the drum, the material stuck in the sieve hole can be ejected to prevent the sieve hole from being blocked. Its mobility is particularly suited to moving up and down the flood plains, moving factories to ore rather than digging and transporting ore to stationary factories.
Feeding System: Raw ore is evenly fed into the washing equipment through the vibrating feeder, ensuring a stable processing flow.
Washing system: Its main purpose is to separate the gravel, sand, and granular soil, and wash the fine mud adhering to the gravel and the mixed gold ore. In this stage, the ore sand wrapped in the cement block or the mud body is dissociated by first washing with water, then by mechanical agitation such as a trommel screen, rotary drum scrubber, and other ore washing machines.
Screening System: By properly setting the parameters of the gold washing trommel, such as the screening aperture and vibration frequency, it can be ensured that the gold particles are effectively retained while the impurities are successfully screened out.
Gold Separation Stage: The key operation in a gold wash plant is often to use gravity separation equipment, such as a jig concentrator, centrifugal concentrator, shaking table, and sluice box to recover fine concentrate.
