Gold is a special currency for reserves and investment, and it is also an important material for jewelry, electronics, modern communications, aerospace and other sectors. The value of gold motivates people to prospect, mine and process more gold ore to extract more gold. That's why you need gold mining equipment, more specifically mineral processing equipment.

This rock gold process uses crushing, closed-circuit grinding, gravity roughing and shaking table concentration to separate high-purity gold concentrate from hard rock ore.
The Small and middle scale gold gravity separation processing plant
1. Crushing Stage
Raw ore is fed into a vibrating feeder and then crushed by a jaw crusher (and optionally a secondary crusher) to reduce the size to below 10–20 mm, ensuring suitability for downstream processing.
2. Screening Stage
Crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen to separate qualified particles from oversized material. Oversized particles are returned to the crusher, while qualified material proceeds to the next stage.
3. Grinding (Optional)
For hard rock ores where gold is locked within the matrix, a ball mill or wet pan mill is used to achieve proper liberation. This stage is typically not required for alluvial or oxidized ores.
4. Classification
Material is classified by particle size using spiral classifiers or hydrocyclones:
Coarse particles are directed to jigs. Fine particles are directed to centrifugal concentrators or shaking tables.
5. Gravity Concentration
Jig Machine: Recovers coarse gold with high capacity and low operating cost
Centrifugal Concentrator: Efficiently recovers fine gold with high recovery rates
Shaking Table: Final cleaning stage to improve gold grade and remove impurities
6. Tailing Treatment
Tailing can be further processed through secondary recovery systems or, if necessary, treated by CIL/CIP processes to recover ultra-fine gold.

Simple system without complex chemical circuits
No chemicals required, reduced power consumption
Cyanide-free process with minimal environmental impact
Ideal for alluvial and oxidized ores
Especially suitable for small to medium-scale operations
Simple workflow, minimal technical requirements
The common process in a full gold ore processing plant is as follows: Raw Ore → Washing → Crushing & Screening → Grinding & Classification → Beneficiation (Flotation/ Gravity/ Magnetic separation) → Leaching (Cyanide/CIL/CIP) → Adsorption (Activated Carbon) → Electrowinning/Desorption → Smelting → Pure Gold Ingot.
